Everyuserwithusermanagementpermissionscanmodifyauserprofile.

Tomodifyauserprofile:
1. ChooseUserManagement‐‐>Users&Groups.TheUser/Group
Managementwindowappears.
2. Selecttheuserprofileyouwanttomodifyfromthedrop‐downlist
intheExistingUsersfield.Alltheinformationintheuserprof
ileis
displayedexceptthepassword.
3. Makeallnecessarychangestotheinformationshown.Tochangethe
password,typeanewpasswordinthePasswordandConfirm
Passwordfields.Ifthepasswordfieldisleftblank,thepasswordis
notchanged.
4. ClickModify.Theuserprofileismodified.
Deleting a User Profile
Todeleteauserprofile:
1. ChooseUserManagement‐‐>Users&Groups.TheUser/Group
Managementwindowappears.
2. Selecttheuserprofileyouwanttodeletefromthedrop‐downlistin
theExistingUsersfield.
3. ClickDelete.Theuserprofileisdeleted.
Setting User Permissions Individually
IfyouselectedNoneforUserGroupwhencreatingauserprofile,you
mustsettheuserʹspermissionsindividually.Untilyoudothis,theuser
iseffectivelyblockedfromallsystemfunctionsandoutlets.
System Permissions
Tosetthesystempermissions:
1. ChooseUserManagement‐‐>User/GroupSystemPermissions.The
User/GroupSystemPermissionswindowappears(refertothe
figureshowninSettingtheSystemPermissions(onpage44)
section).
